Convenient Park Bangkok Hotel

Location. It's just a block to the sky train(metro). Breakfast included. It's just a couple of blocks from a shopping center with a super market . Also a couple of blocks to a bank that does currency exchange. They will store a bag for you .

The hotel was in the perfect area of the city. It was one block away from the BTS station making it ultra convenient to get around Bangkok. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. With a big window and a sliding glass door which led to the balcony letting in plenty of fresh air. If you have a scooter or a car there is plenty of parking available. The hotel was a short walk from the True digital park mall which had numerous restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and shopping. If you wanted local food there is plenty of that in the area too. A laundry mat is a short 5 min walk away with good prices. And there are several 7-11 stores along the way. You can probably find anything you would need in the area.

A/C needed some maintenance. Did cool room that quickly. But overall it worked okay.

Very cruel staff .. they dont care about customers . No single smile on their face. ?Dont buy superior rooms.. hotwater shower not working. You have to wait 2 hour until it repair..?I have to fight by words with them to take good room..

The room is ok.But not swimming pool and very hot in nany ambiente of the hotel,because they don t open air everywhere..

Always,when I come here,the breakfast is always for indian people,not really good choice,no omelette,always poor Western buffet,little vegetables buffet,is a budget buffet,for India and arabi people that like that..Terribile coffee as always.

I like the gym, The room is big 27sq.m and clean but you can see some friendly ants, the staff and the hotel help to move every client out of the building when earthquake

There was no warm water at night, the air condition has fungi, there were many small technical problems in the room. Dirty on the aisle to the gym and around the hotel.

2 minute walk to bts skytrain quiet location and excellent breakfast,free internet and secure parking for free,hard to find in bkk

The room is connected with another room and just separate from one door that is locked,you can hear all the noisy of the other people and there was i think some India people ,stupid and ifiot make noisy until 4 in the morning,after they leader the room,un respect bad people.Bangkok is full of animal customers!!

In general, everything was good.

When we arrived the woman who did the check-in was not kind, she had an ugly attitude.Also, on the counter, there is one announcement that says that the hotel will charge 500 BTH the check-in and after when you make the check-out this bond will be returned, and no dramas with that because I received the money but I consider that this information should be described in the app to don't have surprised.

The location that is very close to Punnawithi BTS station.The bathtub with the curtain, which avoided having the bathroom floor flooded after every shower.

Even in the new wing of the building, everything is dated and lacking in maintenance. I had to ask to have the missing light bulbs fitted, and in the end, they replaced the water heater, which wasn't working.

Breakfast was pathetic, no centralAir conditioner, no Ac in lift

There was no sower carten, all the water comes to outside. The balcony was too risky. It's open on top floor, no grill. Too congested.

The hotel staff's behaviour is such a third class. They are not given any kind of amenities not even a dental kit also and the most important thing is all the hotel staff behaviour is too bad such a bad experience for 3 nights. They don't even talk with the guest properly.

Everything is poor & the property is not clean also. If i start to talk about the property it can't be finished

The hotel is close to the train station. The housekeeping staffs are great and helpful.

The bathroom is badly constructed. The towels are a bit old. There is no shower gel provided. The wifi is really bad at times.

Room poorly stocked, no coffee and bathroom was terrible, door hard to slide open or close. Shower no power, water so slow slightly better than drizzle.
